We stand behind all Natrient products with a Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping and handling.  

Please note: Only one opened package of any product is eligible for a refund. All others of the same product must be in their original factory-sealed condition for a refund.  If you've opened more than one, simply pay for the opened items and receive a full refund for the rest.

We don't refund shipping and handling because we've already spent the money to pack and ship the product to you at your request.  The only way we know not to spend the time and money shipping an order to a customer is if they let us know before the scheduled ship date.

Use the return address provided below and ship packages via United States Postal Service First Class with Tracking, or via UPS or FedEx. All returns must have a tracking number. Natrient will not be responsible for lost shipments without proof of shipment.  

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of returned goods. Sometimes it can take a few business days for a refund to appear on your credit card account so please be patient.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip that arrived with your order so we can properly identify the package and process a refund.  If you don’t have a copy of the packing slip, please include clear information, including your name, address, and any other information that will help us identify your customer information.
