Modifying or Canceling an Autoship Order

Terms & Conditions
The terms & conditions of our autoship program are very simple:
1. Automatic shipments are for your convenience and cost savings only. If you want automatic shipments, great. If not, you can cancel at any time by contacting Customer Service.
2. You can also modify the product, next ship date, or frequency of your automatic shipments at any time by contacting Customer Service.
3. Products shipped with the autoship program are subject to our Return Policy. In short, you are welcome to return any Natrient product purchased directly from the company within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price. Please note: Only one opened package of any product is eligible for a refund. All others of the same product must be in their original factory-sealed condition for a refund. We don’t refund the shipping & handling fee because we’ve already spent that money to ship the product to you. 4. This isn’t really a condition. More like a request. No matter what, PLEASE contact us first and give us an opportunity to assist you with any matters related to your order. We don’t appreciate receiving dispute letters from credit card companies. They are expensive and time-consuming and affect our processing fees. There is never a reason why we would refuse to assist a customer in resolving a matter in a satisfactory manner, so please keep that in mind and give us that opportunity by contacting Customer Service first.
