I train hard and have been drinking energy drinks before and during workouts for years. I like Ballistic a lot. It’s a different kind of energy, better endurance for easier recovery between sets, and smooth - I don’t get jittery. It takes longer to build and really kick in so I take it 30-60 minutes before. This is a solid formula and I recommend it to other athletes out there as an alternative to other energy products.
